Workdesk Wednesday 139

Happy Workdesk Wednesday! I am linking up over at the Stamping Ground today and sharing what is on my scrappy workdesk:

Hooray! I am finally working on 2012 Project Life! I’m not too far behind. Not for me anyway. If I can catch up 6 months in two weeks, I can catch up one month in a snap!

I’ve been cutting phrases with my Silhouette and cutting and stamping labels (with a die and stamp set from Paper Trey Ink) to have ready to use in my new album. Once I get my 2012 album updated through this week, I plan to work on it weekly. I might even work on it through the week now that I have half of my table set up again and can leave projects out.

That reminds me….I closed on my house yesterday! Oh yes, just 13 days after I accepted the offer. It’s been a stressful two weeks as we had to work through some issues. But it’s now done and I am renting my own house for a few weeks and then I’m headed to Florida in March!

The best part? No more showings!!!!!  No more making the bed or opening the blinds or sweeping up crumbs two second after they hit the floor or putting the recycling out immediately. It is so nice to live again and not have everything perfect every second. What a relief. I have much to be grateful and happy about right now!

    • I hope I can actually get to them soon. I keep getting distracted but it’ll still be a few weeks before I have anything to share. I suppose I should stop teasing and just get it done! 🙂

    • Thanks. These people wanted to move FAST but they are letting me stay for 6 more weeks so as long as I didn’t have to move out in 2 weeks, I was happy to do whatever they wanted. 🙂

    • Oh I will, it’s just not happening very quickly. I’m averaging about 20 minutes a night so unless more time suddenly opens up, it’s going to be a few weeks yet!
