What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday | 166

Welcome to another workdesk Wednesday, where crafters from all over the world join Julia over at the Stamping Ground and share a peek at their workspace. It’s fun to go from desk to desk and see what everyone is working on. If you want to see more desks (and you know you do!) just click here!

Today finds me working working on a layout.

Many people have commented on how neat my work area is. What you can’t tell from the photo is just how small the space is. I couldn’t function if there was more on here. But if you were to turn 180 degrees, you would see the rest of my work surface. (The lovely bright table cloth is there to protect – it’s not the most sophisticated choice, but it’s all I have so I’m working with it!)

I’ve been working on this since Saturday. I had an interview scheduled for Tuesday morning so creating was halted to prepare. But my interview was cancelled due to an unexpected illness. I’m waiting for human resources to call me back and reschedule for next week. This is the interview I was praying I would get. It’s the place where I really want to be so I hope the hiring manager is well soon and will see me as the answer to his problems! I just have to convince him how fabulous I am. (Not exactly my strong suit!)

So, until that is rescheduled, I’m going to finish the layout and photograph several others that are done and ready to share. More on that in the days to come!

Thanks for stopping by today!

  11. Best of luck with the interview! I’m sure you’ll do great! My favorite way to prepare for an interview is to go through the job description point by point and come up with an example of my experience for each thing. Time consuming, but it works!

  12. Gosh you work really neatly don’t you. Everything starts out neet on my desk and I pull stuff out and plonk on top. But I am good at tidying everything away before I start another project. Now! I haven’t always been this way. Perhaps that is WOYWW’s influence!!
    Thanks for your visit.

  23. It’s good to be tidy and organised I reckon – people tell me I’m tidy too. But like you I only have a small desk, yeah I store everything elsewhere round my craft room but my workspace is tidy! Great looking project there. Take care & enjoying snooping, I know I’m running late, but hey ho! Zo xx 77
