In progress…

Well.

I had a post planned for yesterday and it never happened. Sigh. My schedule is crazy this week so I have to settle for sharing a few photos of work in progress for now.

Yes, even with the crazy schedule this week, I am finding some time here and there to work on a layout.

I’ve got the Silhouette cutting. I’m using an older Echo Park line I’ve been hoarding for too long. And I’m scrapbooking some photos from three years ago. Feels good to use the stash, use my tools and documenting a fun memory (before I forget the details!).

I hope to be back before the end of the week to share the results!

Any plans for this holiday week (in the United States we will celebrate the 4th of July)? Somehow, I have Thursday off so I plan to catch up with some projects in between the bbqs and fireworks.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. I love it when you can shop at home and finally use that paper or embellishments that you have been holding onto. Believe me I have plenty to work with its just finding the time as you mention to pull it all together!
For the 4th we may spend it with my sister watching fireworks. Details are still in progress.

We haven’t made any big plans for the 4th yet this year.
I think we are leaning more towards taking it easy πŸ™‚

  4. looks like your project is coming together!
during the school year I only have 20-30 minutes a day to create so i know how it feels to not have enough time. I can take me a week to complete just one layout but when it is done it feels so good!!

can’t wait to see the final project

  5. Glad to see you’re finding time for some crafty fun! And I spy some washi tape in the mix, too – more fun!!

We have a relaxing day planned for the Fourth as Robbie as to work on Friday. We’ll probably see a movie earlier, then I have a friend coming over to scrap while Robbie grills some hamburgers. Enjoy your day!
