Happy Monday! Did you have a great weekend? I had another showing on my house. My real estate agent is in talks with at least 3 parties that are very interested in my house. Someone needs to step up and make an offer already! What are they waiting for????
Anyway, I can hardly believe that the last days of August are upon us. Another summer is just about over. Not that my weather is reflective of the calendar. Here in the southern United States, we won’t see any cooler weather until October. Fall is not here yet.
But I can’t help but get that “back to school” feeling in September. It’s the time of year I always want to take some classes (I need to check out the new workshops at Big Picture Classes!) and learn some new techniques. I’m thinking about taking Double Take at Big Picture (I can always use help with 2 page layouts and I love taking classes from Nic Howard) and Jennifer McGuire’s class Inspiration Showcase.
In the mean time, I have a card to share today.
I’m still loving the look of white on kraft cardstock, so I sprayed some white mist on the card before adhering all the pieces. Studio Calico’s mists have a pretty wide spray. I ended up with more mist than I wanted on this card. One spray would have been enough, but I had the wrong angle on it and it only sprayed half the card. I gave it another shot and it was almost too much. So if you haven’t used these mists yet, be very frugal with your sprays!
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a great week!
