It is Election Day in the United States. Have you done your civic duty? If you weren’t able to vote early in your state, get out there and vote today!

And that concludes the public service announcement portion of this post…

CURRENTLY I am…

Anxious for the election results tonight.

Working with a new recruiter. Fingers crossed that something will actually come up soon.

Reading Gathering Storm by Rachel Hore. I checked it out from the library the other day. Hope to start today!

Participating in NaNoWriMo this month. Trying my hand at writing a novel. Not sure how it will go but wanted to give it a try.

Watching the Vampire Diaries on Netflix. I don’t really get the whole vampire thing, yet I’m strangely compelled to keep watching.

Meeting a dear friend for lunch on Thursday to catch up. It’s been way too long.

Planning some homemade holiday gifts this year.

Drinking Candy Cane Lane tea. It may not be cold in Florida — exactly — but I can’t resist this holiday tea!

Wanting to try this supplement I heard about on Dr. Oz. My weight loss stalled months ago. Maybe this will kick it into gear again?

Looking forward to Thanksgiving – grateful to be back in Florida near my family again.

Have you done a CURRENTLY list lately?

Thanks for stopping by today!

    • I had never heard of it before but found the site through another blog and was instantly hooked. I’ve been wanting to write a novel for years…many years. So why not just jump right in??? I’m probably crazy!

  4. Oh, I’ve been wanting to do NaNoWriMo for years! But November is always so busy for me. Couldn’t they have chosen another month, like February or March? Nothing much happens at that time of the year. lol! Good luck with your novel!

    • I know, it is a bad month! I am already way behind on the daily word count because my stupid left brain wants to learn how to write better while I’m writing so I’m not sure I’ll make it. But it’s a fun challenge and sometimes you just have to go for it! 🙂

  5. What a fun list today 🙂 Yep, I voted, first thing this morning. Something so, I don’t know, patriotic about it.

  6. Well, I did vote today. Took an hour and a half because there were not enough workers to process everyone efficiently. Sigh. Hope your new recruiter has something for you soon!

For the last 2 years I was thinking of joining in, but its a pretty big commitment to get all your words in. Good luck.
