Well, I’m certainly hoping the second week of January goes a little more smoothly than the first. I caught a cold right before New Year’s and have been sick ever since. My efforts to Move More and Eat Well took a back seat the entire week as I didn’t eat much of anything and spent more time on the couch than off. But I will get back on track when I’m feeling human again.
Instead of typical resolutions (which I don’t really like anyway) this year, I thought I would approach this new year with some ideas of what I want to do more of and what I can do better. For my 10 on the Tenth this month, here’s a list of ideas to make it a great 2012 (and thanks to Pinterest’s endless supply, I was able to find photos and artwork for each!):
1. Move more
2. Eat more veggies
3. Stop drinking diet soda.
4. More music, less TV
5. Create more meaningful scrapbook pages
6. Keep up with Project Life
7. Spend less time on Pinterest (Except for projects like this this list!)
8. Read more books
9. Journal — in a notebook — every week
10. Have more patience
